Mercy Call
was one of six children born to Thomas Call and Bennett
Harrison. On November 4, 1662 Mercy married Samuel Lee in Malden, Massachusetts. Mercy and
Samuel were the parents of Mary, Samuel, Elizabeth and Hannah.
Mercy married John Allen on August 25, 1677 and on December
2, 1686 she married Richard Wicks. Mercy died in 1729.
Thomas
Call was born on June 15, 1597 in Hernhill, Kent, England.
About 1630, Thomas married Bennett Harrison. Thomas and
Bennett were the parents of Mercy, Thomas, John, Margaret, Elizabeth
and Mary. On May 11, 1637 Thomas and his family left Sandwich,
England aboard the Hercules arriving in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
He was a Baker, a Tilemaker and a Husbandman. After July 26, 1644
Thomas married Joanna unknown last name, widow of Daniel
Shepardson. Thomas died on May 17, 1676 in Malden, Middlesex,
Massachusetts.
