Maternal Maternal Line

Agnes Schumacher was born about 1652 in Germany. She was one of six children born to Peter Schumacher and Sarah Henricks. Agnes married Dielman Kolb and they were the parents of Agnes, Peter, Ann, Henry/Heinrich, Martin, Maria, Johannes, Jacob, Arnold and Dielman. Agnes died on February 7, 1705 in Wolfsheim, Pfalz, Germany and is buried there.


Peter Schumacher was born about 1622 in Krigsheim, Pfalz, Germany. He was the son of Arnold Schumacher and Agnes Roesen. Peter married Sarah Henricks in Germany and they were the parents of Peter, Mary, Gertrude, Frances, Agnes and a daughter whose name is unknown. In 1685 Peter came to Pennsylvania from London, England with his son Peter; daughters Mary, Frances and Gertrude and his cousin Sarah on board "The Francis and Dorothy". Peter received a deed for 200 acres of land in Germantown from Dirk Sipman. Peter was made a freeman by William Penn the seventh day of the third month of 1691. While living in Germantown he connected himself with the Society of Friends. Peter died in 1707 in Germantown, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Arnold Schumacher married Agnes
Roesen. Arnold and Agnes were the parents of Peter.
