Hannah Tuthill
was born on November 7, 1667. She was one of nine children born
to John Tuthill and Deliverance King.
On January 19, 1686, Hannah married Joshua Wells
and they were the parents of Joshua. Hannah died on July 27, 1752.
John
Tuthill was born on July 16, 1635 in Northfolkshire, England.
He was the son of Henry Tuthill and Bridget Elizabeth
Burton. John married Deliverance King
on February 17, 1658 in Southold, Long Island, New York. John
and Deliverance were the parents of John, Elizabeth, Henry, Abigail,
Dorothy, Deliverance, Daniel, Nathaniel, and Hannah. On May 28,
1690 John married Sarah Young. John died on October 12,
1717 in Oyster Ponds, Suffolk County, New York.
Henry Tuthill was
christened on June 28, 1612 in Tharston, Norfolk, England. He
was the son of Henry Tuthill and Alice Gooch.
Before 1635 Henry married Bridget Elizabeth Burton and
they were the parents of John. Henry and wife came from Norfolkshire,
England and settled in New Hingham, Massachusetts by 1637. He
was made a Freeman in 1638 and became a constable in 1640. Henry
died in 1650 in Southold, Long Island, New York.
Bridget Elizabeth Burton was born in
1616 in England. In 1653 Bridget became the wife of William
Wells. Bridget died in 1654.
Henry
Tuthill was born about 1580 in Norfolk, England. He was the
son of John Tuthill and an unknown mother. In 1606 Henry
married Alice Gooch and they were
the parents of Henry. Henry died in April of 1618 in Tharston,
England.
John Tuthill was born in 1550.
John and an unknown woman were the parents of Henry.
